At Divine Vision Driving School, we are committed to providing safe, professional, and reliable driver training services. These Terms & Conditions explain how our driving lessons, VORT assessments, and related services operate.

  • By booking or attending a lesson or VORT assessment with Divine Vision Driving School, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Instructor Authority & Safety

Safety is our highest priority at all times.

VORT bookings involve preparation, scheduling, and vehicle allocation.

5. Student Responsibilities

Students are responsible for:

Any damage caused through reckless, negligent, or intentionally unsafe behaviour may become the responsibility of the student.

All VORT assessments are conducted by government-authorised Assessors approved by the Government of South Australia.

Assessors operate independently and follow official government assessment standards and legal requirements.

The authorised Assessor has final authority regarding:

Divine Vision Driving School cannot influence, alter, or challenge the Assessor’s decision. All students must accept the final result issued by the authorised Assessor.
